As an Personal Executive Assistant (all) at Sonia, you will directly support our CEO, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into action. You’ll handle day-to-day executive administration, act as a trusted point of contact, and contribute to the smooth running of our Luxembourg office.
This position requires office presence in Luxembourg.

Required Qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (French a plus).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Professional discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Solid command of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project tools).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exposure to fast-paced startups or international environments.
- Event coordination or project management experience.
